Welcome to our kitchen!

Our meals are prepared based on a PCOS diet i.e. low glycemic and anti-inflammatory and are portioned for exactly what your body requires for weight loss/management and hormone balancing. Additionally, you will be guided on the ideal times for consumption, fluid intake and your specific supplement need, with practical alternative recommendations where necessary, based on your individual need.

 

Our PCOS and Weight loss programmes follow the same structure for meal consumption, which makes achieving your desired results within the programmme even easier as we take the meal prepping work off your hands and free you up to simply focus on your results. The programme provides the meal plans and guides, but here you get the actual meals. 

Both programme and kitchen aim to achieve the same results. You decide what you need and we’ll take it from there. Learn more about our programmes here.

 

Our Primary Package is specifically for a PCOS or non PCOS female for hormone balancing and weight loss/management. 

 

Details are as follows:

  • Delivery/Pick up

    • Delivery will be to strategic meeting points in east, west, south and central between the hours of 5pm - 7pm on Mondays and Thursday

    • 5 day packages will receive all meals on Monday afternoon each week

    • 7 day packages will receive meals 2X weekly on Mondays and Thursdays

 

  • Ordering & Payment

    • Orders for the upcoming week must be placed by Thursday of the previous week 

    • Payment must be made by Friday of the previous week

    • Orders are only complete with proof of prepayment

    • No payment will be collected upon delivery

  • Packages:

    • Weekly or Monthly

    • 5 day week or 7 day week options

    • All include compulsory Juice fast on Mondays

    • Meals cater to non vegetarians, vegetarians and pescatarians 

    • Meals are delivered/collected freshly made (not frozen)
